Located in St. Michaels, Maryland, just steps from the Chesapeake Bay, The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum features several exhibits, including an interactive exhibit called At Play on the Bay; the Small Boat Shed, with watercraft from the Chesapeake; a waterfowl display; and a Maryland Crab Meat Company Exhibition. Perhaps the most popular exhibit is the 1879 Hooper Strait Lighthouse.

It’s open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, May to October, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from November to April.

Admission
Tickets are $15 for adults (18 to 61), $12 for seniors, $12 for students (17 and up with an ID), $6 for kids ages 6 to 17, and free for kids 5 and under.
