It’s located in a small space, but Bucks County Children’s Museum packs plenty of fun for families with young children. Interactive exhibits include a Hot Air Balloon Virtual Experience and Big Dig, where little paleontologists can search for fossils and other artifacts. The museum is especially convenient on a rainy day, and affordable, too, with a flat rate of $7 per person (children under age 1 are free to enter).
The museum is open Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 12 to 5 p.m. It is closed on Mondays.
