For a look at local history, this museum is a fun place to stop in, especially because it won’t cost you much (kids 14 and under are free, and adults are asked a $3 donation). Kids will probably be most interested in panning for gold, watching a blacksmith who demonstrates his craft, and checking out the old log cabin and schoolhouse.
