Sitting like an emerald amid the towering buildings of Uptown Charlotte is the BB&T Ballpark, home to the Charlotte Knights, a Triple-A minor league baseball team.
The Knights play games from early April to early September with 144 games — 72 at home. Every game is family-friendly and the Knights boast a Kids’ Zone (interactive games and speed pitch). A popular mascot — Homer the Dragon — is wildly fun for kids, and Sundays are dedicated to families with giveaways for the kids. Kids can also run the bases after every Sunday game.

Gates open an hour and five minutes prior to game time. Family restrooms are located throughout the park.
