One of the largest reptile facilities in the world, Alligator Adventure gives visitors an up-close-and-personal look at alligators and many other reptiles. There are more than 1,000 alligators in residence at Alligator Adventure, a 15-acre reptile park. There are marshes, swamps, and other habitat exhibits where you can observe gators and other reptiles, as well as Siberian tigers, lemurs, monkeys, bats, and Utan, the “world’s largest Crocodile.” Take a walk through the park, and you’ll see a variety of birds, emus, red kangaroos, gray wolves and so much more. Attend one of the live shows and see an alligator feeding, an alligator handling and lecture, and even a snake handling show. Alligator Adventure is located in the Barefoot Landing shopping and dining district, so there are plenty of options for lunch or ice cream afterwards.
