In 1951, Humphrey Bogart rode this vessel in “The African Queen,” which won him an Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role. His costar, Katharine Hepburn, garnered an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role.
In 2012, the boat was fully restored in honor of its 100 year centennial, and now charters Key Largo’s waters with tourists in tow. Sit at the back of the boat, just as Katherine Hepburn did, and look through exclusive photo albums from the film’s production.
The Queen departs at 10 a.m. and 12, 2, 4 and 6 p.m. daily. Lunch and dinner cruises are offered on Fridays and Saturdays.
