beautiful room. stopped in imperial suite. restaurants were also very good although fairly expensive. some of the service left a lttle to be desired though. buffet breakfast was always cold (plates not warmed), staff are also very quick to remove plates even though other person is still eating. there is very little information in the rooms about the hotel and restaurants. the staff on the beach are slow to serve. we have previously stopped at jumeirah beach where the service was significantly better.

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t be any happier with this hotel. We got free access to aquarium and water park for staying in the hotel. The room was magnificent the pools were lovely staff super helpful and friendly. The only negative was the price of the bars and restaurant €7:20 for a can of coke as an example. A special mention to the manager Stephen Mwangi who was super helpful and really friendly I have never come across such friendly service as he provided.
