Spent 3 nights here recently. First of all, the staff is excellent and very responsive. Location can't be beat. Can walk pretty much everywhere within Aspen so car can stay parked most of the time. One thing to keep in mind that we were not aware of when we booked - these are all individually owned condos, so each unit is furnished and updated at the discretion of the owner. When we checked in, we were given a VERY outdated unit that looked like it was stuck in the late 70's/Early 80's. We asked if we could be moved to a more updated unit, and the front desk staff was very accommodating, going so far as to show us a couple available units to let us choose. Second option we picked was much more updated and comfortable. The common areas could use some updating, but the heated pool/hot tub area was small but nice, and always full of activity. There is a grocery store right across the street, very convenient to grab food/beverages to keep in the room.
