There are two dining options at Aspen Meadows Resort, one is Platos, a higher-end farm to table restaurant open for dinner and happy hour with an incredible patio and the other is Meadows, open for breakfast and lunch.
This is an all-suite hotel, perfect for families. Standard in each room is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, hair dryer, separate bedroom and bathroom and living space, couch, table and the most infamous part of the hotel, décor matching the Bauhaus architecture of the resort.
