The Arthur Hotel Jerusalem boasts a prime location in the middle of the excitement, and spacious guestrooms can accommodate three guests. Location can not be better. There are a lot of good restaurants on a pedestrian streets where hotel is situated. Quiet room, comfortable bed, attentive service, friendly personal. And on top of these, delicious breakfast. I can't count all food they offered. They also have complementary vine and appetizers at 5 pm.

So much to like about this hotel from location to quality of the breakfast ,but be alert to the fact the rooms are not that big ,certainly those at the side/rear of the property. The"happy hour" is a nice gesture but it is held in the bland, badly lit ,breakfast room and has very little atmosphere (in marked contrast to the same event held at a sister hotel ,"the cinema" in Tel Aviv" where it truly is a happy hour)
