We really loved this hotel and its amenities. Great clean room and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff and service at the buffet was the best we had on the trip. Very friendly and helpful. I had a few issues however with the main one being mosquitos in the room. I'm very allergic to their bites and woke up the first day of my trip with four bites and more each day. On third day I finally asked housekeeping if they open the windows when they clean and they said they do. I asked them to stop this and so the last night there I didn't get any new bites. Keep this in mind when staying there and bring some spray! They do have screens on the windows but the one in our room still allowed some gaps. When I brought it up with the front desk they tried to say I just got them outside somewhere ignoring that I hadn't even been outside yet because we went right to bed on arrival. The front desk overall were not very friendly at all but at least professional.I would recommend that they try to smile on occasion though. Either way a really hotel for the price.

Our party of 4 recently reserved 2 Comfort Double Rooms and could not have been happier with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and super-clean with great amenities and a lovely complimentary mini bar. Breakfast was a real treat and the best we had in Italy-something for everyone and whatever coffee one desires is cheerfully served at your table. The best treat of all was the staff, who were super helpful and responsive to all of our requests. If you stay at this hotel be sure to book at least one night for dinner on the terrace of their restaurant, which has a lovely view and garden. We'll be back!
