Visited the hotel last weekend (Nov 2nd) and was overall very pleased.
Arrived about 11.30 and left our luggage with no problem. Lady very friendly and obliging.
Returned to hotel about 8.00pm and went straight up to room.
It was very modern with good amenities. Excellent bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities. Bed was comfy albeit only a small single. Main problem was room was very small. However adequate for one night when you are worn out after walking around London all day!
Breakfast the next morning was very good. A bit over generous as I asked for one piece of bacon and one sausage but got four pieces of bacon which sadly I couldn't manage!
Anyway, overall very good hotel to which I would return.

I felt at home in the Hotel, room and dining room were very cozy and clean. Loved the decoration!! I was worried that I didn't bring a german power adapter with me and in England power sockets are different, but not only there was one in the room but also the Hotel had adapters if I needed more. The breakfast buffet was very good, lot's of things to choose from, all delicious!
The location is very good, easy access to the subway, although it was close to the university campus, I had no issues with outside noise.
People were very nice and easy to talk to. I even forgot my headphones there and the Hotel sent them back to me by mail.
On the less bright side, the room had little soundproof regarding the next rooms. I had to be very quiet not to bother anyone, and I felt a bit of discomfort regarding the bed, but then again, I'm very sensible on that side, so I might be overreacting.
Overall it was a great experience, and without a doubt will be my place of choice for my next London visits!
