Overview

Aris Caves is a luxury apartment complex based in Oia with views of the town and the caldera. The buildings themselves are ancient cave houses, whitewashed and painted with blue doors and shutters. The decor inside is cozy, minimalist and tasteful, with comfortable furniture.

Families can choose from rooms, studios and apartments with some of the accommodations having balconies, cave hot tubs and private terraces. The Patari Suite is ideal for larger or extended families as it can sleep up to seven people. Families with small children should bear in mind that there are lots of steps around the hotel, as it is built into the cliff side.

Beautiful accommodations, perfect location, wonderful host

My wife and I stayed at Aris Caves and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful with incredible views of the Caldera. The rooms are elegant and comfortable and it is surreal to wake up and look out the window at the deep blue seas each morning. The hotel is perfectly located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the bus station which we used a few times for day trips to Fira. Christina is a wonderful host who went out of her way to make our stay unforgettable. She arranged pick up from the airport, had wonderful suggestions for things to do in Santorini and made us feel like family. This is the perfect hotel to stay in Santorini

Missing it already

I've travel a lot and I hate to go back to the same place twice, however I would make an exception for Aris Caves. I loved it all, the room, the view and of course Christina who does an amazing job. Great communication before my arrival and arranged a boat trip for us. The view is stunning, I'm definitely not one for beach type holidays but sitting on the terrace looking at that view was totally perfect. I can't imagine not visiting this place again
