Small rooms. No safeguard. Toilet not working. Hot water not immediately available. Staff in the reception not professional especially some trainee girls. Horrible restaurant. Poor breakfast. Gym room very small with three machines not working... Hotel to avoid absolutely.

If there is one thing to remember about this hotel, it’s the staff who is really friendly, welcoming, attentive and know to give you good advices. We’ve rarely seen a staff as good within a hotel.

But we give only 4 pts. Even if the hotel is quite new, the rooms are not very soundproof. So we heard every discussion from the neighbours and that even at 4 a.m., not very nice if you want to sleep.

The hotel is well located in front of the Leme beach and you have bicycles not far away if you want to go to Ipanema or further.
