This is a comfortable modern hotel in an excellent location right on Copacabana beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The views from the rooftop pool are excellent. I would recommend to anyone staying in Rio. I ate in the restaurant once and it was OK.

Let me start of by saying I have never had any issues in the past with any hotel or resort but this experience was shockingly bad. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Abusive and aggressive staff literally thought they would physically assault us. Refused to let me into my own room because I had a couple drinks . My friend had to come and they still would not allow us up.
Literally no one their speaks English, small facilities , good luck ordering room service with the language barrier .
The most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on .
Breakfast and cleanliness were decent .
Over all please avoid and go to a better location that treats its guests with respect !
