This quaint B&B located a half-mile from the Atlantic has an oh-so-cute suite on the top floor perfect for a couple with a child. Decorated with a queen sized canopy bed hung with Victorian lace curtains, the suite features an adjoining room with a matching twin. In addition, the suite has a private bath with oversized tub, as well as TV, sitting area and gas fireplace.

The B&B is located in a bucolic setting, surrounded by trees and gardens, but is still only a short drive from the beaches of Rye and Hampton (beach parking permits are available), as well as the urbane attractions of downtown Portsmouth. The innkeeper, a retired high-tech worker and avid outdoorswoman, is friendly and eager to share the secrets of the Rye area.
