I believed the information written online about this hotel was true, but actually it was misleading, because the pictures put online only showed part of the reality both in and outside the hotel. We travelled with 3 kids and were looking for a hotel in a safe area. This hotel is rated as a 4 star-hotel, but considering the smell of the carpet in and outside the room, the broken furniture, the limited continental breakfast, and the noisy and dirty roads in which the hotel is located, it cannot really have all these stars. If it was rated as a 3-star hotel, I would have been prepared to something like this. The parking area is just next to the hotel, and it does not belong to the hotel. I did not understand why they told us to pay the 90 pounds for the 3 days of parking in cash.
The room was large, and clean but smelly. The bathroom was not very ideal for kids, with a sink that was barely usable by adults. 2 of the 3 beds in the room were not very comfortable, because one could feel the frame beneath the mattress, and most of the curtains in the room were broken. The switch for the ventilation in the bathroom was almost attached to the ceiling, and only a very tall person could access it. Best regards.
