Located in the heart of Montauk town is this two-story, family-run motel property. Just across the street from the ocean, the inn offers a small swimming pool, picnic areas and easy access to area restaurants, all within walking distance. Fully renovated, 22 guest rooms are available with a queen or king bed. Unfortunately, all rooms can only accommodate two guests. The hotel states it has a policy for ages 25 and over, but does accommodate children if you contact the hotel directly, even offering specific hours for children to enjoy the pool (between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and 4 to 6 p.m.). The inn provides complimentary beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas and bicycles for guests to enjoy. The inn is open seasonally, from early May through October.
