Excellent service - great staff

Stayed for two nights
Checkin was great
Room was great
Restaurant served up a tasty included breakfast (duo) off of a 4-feature condensed menu.
( there is a full menu if you prefer something else at added cost)
Staff weny above and beyond to make our stay pleasant

Only caveat... The night time hot tub soaking can be crowded & awkward as some couples forget they actuay have a room......
(... Take your mushy sukkyface back to your room, thx)
We chose to enjoy early 7am soak - nice and quiet, fresh snow...
Great wakeup soak!!!

Happy with my stay ...

This hotel is new , so it is clean , stylish and up to date . However the only thing I would have to say that is not up to date is the fact you can’t buy an online movie - they only have blue ray discs you can get from their selection at lobby .
The rooftop hot tubs are cool and I appreciate the free breakfast included at this hotel . It is not a continental breakfast , order off menu in restaurant (limited options yet very satisfactory)
I stayed at their sister hotel Clique last year and hot tubs were unavailable to public as they were being used for party however they granted us vouchers for free drinks and breakfast . (Clique does not provide free breakfast for some reason ! Perhaps hotel price is different but I do not recall so something to look into when deciding which hotel - Clique or Applause )
Service was friendly as well , so all in all I was very happy with my stay .
