The staff at this hotel really add to the experience here. Great location for darting around the City. This is my 4th stay with Andaz, I will be returning next year and hoping the quality, standards and overall feel of this hotel have not changed

A quirky, well-situated hotel that can't do enough for you

I had arranged a surprise birthday for my finacée a couple of months prior to our arrival. The hotel was extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even down to redirecting celebratory champagne from our room to the breakfast hall (1901) at the last minute.

The hotel's decor is an eclectic mix of traditional chic and modern art, which suited us well. The rooms (connecting) were well appointed and spacious.

We ate breakfast on the first of our two nights, and it was very tasty (although the lack of nice, traditional sausages didn't go down too well!).

It is situated next to Liverpool St underground station and is in The City, which makes travelling around the sights of London a breeze. A lot of attractions are within walking distance, like the Tower of London and St Pauls.

All in all an amazing experience.
