We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this September. We were happy about the room and In-Villa comfort and that is the only highlight of our stay. There were cracks on the floor outside the Villa and the pool area was full of ants when we arrived. I think more pest control is required and Villa should be thoroughly inspected and fumigated prior to arrival. Room service was average in terms of service and food. On our first night, we called, but no one attended for clearance and the dishes were left in the room until we left the room for our tour next day. Several miscommunications happened between the staffs and we have to reconsider our schedule thrice before getting the final confirmation of the spa for just one booking. The spa was located very far from the lobby and the room, also does not have a good Aroma and the quality of the ginger tea served after treatment was average. The therapist was great, however the comfort was not felt completely as the ambiance was not good. Also, some people appeared to the treatment room in the middle of the spa treatment which made me feel very uncomfortable. They stayed for quite a while chatting with the therapist, hence felt no privacy at all. No value for money after all these inconveniences. Also, the pool attendants appeared out of nowhere, all of a sudden in the morning with out any notice, from the pool side of the Villa while we came out of shower. This made us feel really upset and worried, as it was such a disrespect to our privacy. Hope the management takes these issues to serious consideration as we do not want others to experience the same.

Coming to this place for weekend...amazed really amazed me. I found it so relaxing especially for those who love yoga, meditation or maybe just to escape from city crowd.
Experiencing the restaurant, they offer veriety of cuisine from Asian n Western. We tried salted egg prawn, tom yum and the fried duck in particular. Everything was just as seen in the menu and the taste totally worth the price. You really have to try the duck for your visit !
