AmericInn sold out to Wyndham, but both AmericInn and Wyndham failed to contact me upon the merger. Long story short, all of the reward points I had accumulated were FORFEITED. Goodbye free night! No matter - the place smells foul and could use a thorough deep cleaning.

Affordable, friendly staff

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was ok, just needed a place to sleep. Was close to the lobby, which I requested. Very quiet, breakfast was good. Only complaint was there was an apple core in the garbage, and refrigerator had something spilled ( should have been wiped out). I was fine with the $75 per night rate. Close to the highway, convenient location since I was attending an event at Washington County Fair Park. Grocery store next door, gas station close by, and numerous pizza delivery options. Will stay again next year.
