The hotel was just ok. It definitely could use some updating. Ramon the owner was friendly. Good price, but like they say "you get what you pay for". The breakfast was coffee and danish or bagels. But the island is beautiful and any chance a person gets to go,take advantage of it! Thumbs down to America's Best Value Hotel.

August 3rd to August 7th is when I and my husband had book our stay for our 1 year anniversary. To find out when we checked in that our room had be given away. Check in time was from 3pm to 11pm. We arrived at 9:30pm to the owner/manager saying that our reservations has been canceled. The man had preceded to tell us that my card had been declined and that booking.com had canceled our stay. Yes and No. Yes booking.com had canceled our reservations at 5pm, but it the manager/owner had any say it would of been alot sooner.I use that card to hold the reservations until I could get a debt card (which I had contacted the property to make sure it was okay). The owner/manager was very rude with us. Didn't even try to help us find another place to stay.
All he cared about was his money. He doesn't care about his guest at all
