My wife and I stayed here for a staycation. We live about 30 minutes from this hotel. The property has two buildings. One historic, one brand new. We like both buildings in this property. Both are modern and have modern amenities in the rooms. We will be back to this hotel again!

Definitely lived up to the positive reviews. Very spendy but I would say the quality of the building, staff, room, etc. justifies the price tag. Very close proximity to Power and Light hot spots which was great for us. We could walk most places of interest and jumped on the streetcar two blocks away for farther distances.
Everything from valet to check out and everything in between was superb. Stayed in the newly remodeled South tower so I can't comment on the North. We declined housekeeping to earn reward points but the room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and they also accommodated a simple but important pre-arrival request of mine that I made through the Bonvoy app. Top marks there. Had breakfast at Reserve twice and listened to live jazz there one evening. Very enjoyable, food and service exceptional.
Witnessed on multiple occasions staff members going out of their way to assist their colleagues (valet staff helping out the restaurant staff, front desk helping the valets when they were overly busy, etc.) Great sign of a really well-trained staff, above and beyond service for me. Excellent stay. Looking forward to our next visit.
