The only good think in this hotels is Location, the rest just so-so, even nicer other hotel with same category or lower.
I think the management doesn't care with routine maintenance. My room was clean, but the facility was suck, stain everywhere in bathroom, floor, working desk, wastafel, etc. The AirCon sooooo noisy and little bit dirty. Many room facilities seemed broken.
Only Security have a good smile and professional. I got problem with my payment, even I use prepaid payment from Santika App. They only think about themself, not customer satisfaction/experiences.
Very basic breakfast, with no staff in charge during my breakfast time 7-8 am (Or maybe they are very very very busy). At that time there was a group, very chaos, no clean space available, limited stock of food and drink.
You guys, need to be serious in competitive Hospitality Industry.
There are many other hotels around you that offer much better facilities and comfort, at an attractive price
