Xmas festive break.

Beware if you book the xmas break which includes a day pass in the theme park. Note only a few under 13 rides are available. No decent rides.
I booked and thankfully just found out this.
Cost me 25 pound to cancel even though i have been mis sold a break.
Feel a bit ripped off.

disgraceful visit

Ruined weekend. Thanks for the awful memories Turned up Saturday to check in to my room I booked a year ago. To be told they have no room for me. Even though have all official booking confirmations. Had paid for Big Bang event Saturday and Sunday but couldn’t complete the Sunday. Didn’t even see the fireworks as had to go home due to all the stress caused by trying to sort out somewhere to sleep on Saturday.
They tried to offer me a pod .. a wood shed in a field with no bathroom or washing facilities. Completely unsuitable. But it seemed as soon as they “found” me a room no matter how unsuitable it was their task was done. All in all a weekend I had been looking forward too for a year ends in complete misery. Never book hotels at Alton Towers. They just don’t care.
