This former city government building is now a “boutique” hotel which means that things get a little quirky as they work with what they’ve got. Case in point - our two queen room, shared by my co-worker and I, had a frosted glass window in the shower. But the other side of that window was in the bedroom!!!! Awkward!

The lobby was also quirky, but the staff was outstanding. They held our bags while we toured after check out (make sure you go see the Gathering Place) and there was a free shuttle to the airport. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and would be a five star if not for the creepily awkward peekaboo window. We stayed in room 915.

We had a little trouble getting to this hotel, but only because there was some construction right down the street. The front desk associates were friendly. It wasn’t quite what we expected from the pics on their website, but were still happy with our room & if we are ever in the area again, we would stay here again ????
