Clean, modern, friendly

Have no problems with this hotel, check in courteous. Most convenient for the Excel by far! It’s a minutes walk and only 2 from the DLR. I also had a ‘problem’ with getting the room I booked but these things happen. It’s next to a massive conference centre and customers cancel or ask for changes all the time. I ended up with an accessible room- which was very nice actually. In fact better than I originally expected. Cheers booked but these things happen. Horrific customer service

I arrived on a pre booked room to be told I couldn’t have that room there was either an accessible room or a twin room... like it or lump it ...£400 for a crap room .... never again ... manager didn’t have the balls to come and talk to me .. shabby shabby shabby ....
