We had booked a 4 night stay but upon arrival we found that the place was a construction site (as it's being converted into a Holiday Inn). The receptionist was absolutely terrible. When we stated our concerns about the state of the hotel she got mad and basically told us she would cancel our reservation if we wouldn't go away she would call the police.
Obviously we've haven taken this up with IHG who are taking this very serious and will hopefully take the necessary actions before this place is converted into a Holiday Inn.

My daughter & I stayed here this past weekend. Arrived 11/1 and departed 11/3. Booked this hotel on booking.com. MISTAKE - BIG HUGE MISTAKE!!!! First the hotel has been sold to IHG or the group that pwns Holliday Inn & various other hotel chains. So construction is nonstop. The front desk consisted of a folder table & computers. The man that checked us in was great. THATS WERE IT ENDED. The room was large, but the beds were NOT BEDS! Boxsprings with foam toppers is what my daughter & I had to sleep on. When I checked the bed (on Sat) after the most uncomfortable sleep known to man, I was told by the rude female employee “you get what you get” and she turned her back on me. WHAT? Thats a joke right? Nope it wasnt. The pool was disgusting and not operational, the hot tub equally if not more brown than the pool, the elevator DID NOT WORK & you could not access the stairs unless someone from the inside let you in. There were NO restaurants on property as per their website. OVERALL THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Run FAR AWAY. Motel 6 & Days Inn are better properties than this. When I checked out I asked for the Gen Mgr name and in between her eating her breakfast chewing like a person who has never eaten before in her life, I was told “he was vacation, so good luck with that”......This place is AWFUL! DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. RUN FAR AWAY
