I stayed at this hotel for a work event and very much enjoyed the breakfast. Its good value for the money and they are fast with the coffee:) Thanks especially to Guadalupe who provided excellent service to me and my colleagues.

We spent 6 nights at the Warwick Allerton.
We booked a standard room through booking.com and it was not clearly specified that it would have queen size beds. The room was very small (but maybe that's normal for Chicago) The entire floor, room and bathroom had an old look and need some renovation. The room was also very close to the elevators and you could hear the bell each time they arrived. There must have been 6 elevators or so. This can be very disturbing, if you are sensitive to noise during the night. We decided to change the room and asked for a king size bed room, which we got paying an extra free. (We were not allowed to see the room before though) I also asked to be moved away from the elevators, but now we had big generators in front of the window. But well, I helped myself with ear plugs in the end. The Wifi did't work the first day, but have been resolved the next day. Also, I had the impression that the reception was overwhelmed and not very flexible, as questions have not been responded always in a very customer oriented manner. Also, we asked for a late check out, but the only thing they could offer were 30 minutes more (after a 6 nights stay), without charging the credit card extra. However, the gym was clean, the cleaning staff was nice and friendly and the location was good to very good.
