Ibis Styles Legian Bali
Is well located with shops and restaurants at its doorstep. Breakfast was delicious and varied.The hotel is old and worn and seems to need a very serious refurbishment. My bed had an old extremely soft mattress, which I requested to be changed with a harder mattress. This change was done swiftly. The bathroom’s water-fauchet was loose and I needed two hands to open the water, one hand to hold the fauchet and another hand to actually open for the water. Amenities in the bathroom were very limited, like if it was Ibis Budget. Furthermore the soap-holder in the shower-cabinet was loose. Towels have seen better days. Due to this, it is difficult to keep rooms and bathrooms spotlessly clean. Fire alarm works, because it was activated late afternoon. I called the reception to hear further; fortunately it was an error.. Because the location is good, I would return to this hotel, but only when it has been refurbished significantly.

In a very good location with lots of eating opportunities nearby. Great value for money and a nice pool. Breakfast is what you expect and no problems with what you get and reasonably priced if not in your room package. Lunch and dinner options within the hotel are very good as well.
New management try to look after you and with a cancelled flight I thought I would lose part of what I paid but they credited me the cost which I was very pleased to accept. They did not have to do this and I was pleasantly surprised with the offer.
Will return next year.
