We stayed using the 3 nights honeymoon package, so when we arrived they gave the key and wifi password and were escorted to our villa. We opened the door and their were flowers everywhere, a trail from were we entered to the bedroom door and a big flower heart on the bed. The bath tub was filled already filled and they put lid candles around the bath tub. When you wake up the maids, come to clean the room and pool while another cooks your breakfast. We spend the first day at the villa getting our 2 hour massage and romantic dinner with wine as included in the package. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, although we sometimes had some trouble understanding each other due the very basic English that they speak. The rest of our stay was as lovely as the rest. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I had 9 lovely nights at the Alam Villa. The staff are super friendly and welcoming however we had slight language barriers with some. Breakfast is served daily in the Villa and was pleasant, always fresh produce and healthy, we did find it a little repetitive after the first few mornings.

The private pool in our 1 bedroom villa was gorgeous. A decent size and kept very clean. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, TV had several English speaking and movie channels. The only con was that we needed to take taxis into Seminyak as it is just too far to walk, but these never cost more then $3 to $5AUD.

Also the ensuite bathroom could become quite hot at times as it is open air, like the kitchen area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily return, perhaps with friends in one of the 3 bedroom villas next time.
