The location of resort was perfect! The landscaping and design was very beautiful, especially the pool and beach area. I could have spent the whole day just staring out at the ocean and the waves. I went at end of October and the water was warmer than the pool! The room I was given was beautiful in theory but I noticed quite a lot of stains on the curtains and decorative pillows, also the windows had hand prints all over them. I had a room with a bathtub and rain shower but I don't think the shower head was working properly as the pressure was very light. Room service was great! Food at the restaurant was good, but I don't think the western dishes are their specialty. The sangria I ordered was too full of fruit chunks and too sour - couldn't finish it. But everyone was very kind and offered to get me another drink. My suggestions would be to upgrade their cleaning procedures (for curtains and pillows), think about getting rugs in the rooms (it would help with not getting so much sand into bed with you, no matter how many times you washed your feet lol), and maybe have snacks in the room not just beverage (that late night craving for chips and chocolate could be really uncomfortable). Otherwise, it was a great escape from the crowds and I will treasure the days spent here forever. It was a truly paradise location. I've recommended this place to everyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you Akyra!
