We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The staff are extremely helpful at all time. Ordered a hot breakfast but it arrived cold, everyday. Rooms clean and tidy, but, they could do with a hand rail to get out of the pool, if you were old it would be extremely difficult. It could also do with some maintenance, the spa bath was broken, the timber boards are lifting and nails starting to come out. The photos were obviously take when brand new. Overall it not 5 star, but rather 3.

This property is absolutely BREATHTAKING!!! Myself and 5 other friends went to visit this property from Oct. 4th - 7th. They all gave us excellent service from check in, dining, and checkout. All staff was superb. Food was amazing at RIN. I highly recommend to order the Kobe steak. It was so delicious, i ordered it twice. Breakfast was also great for all 3 days. You have to try the eggs benedict with lox or bacon...out of this world!!! My massage was excellent. I forgot my therapist name (sorry), but she was great, with the beautiful scenery of the jungle in the background and the sound of the river made me fall asleep within seconds! Overall, our entire stay was excellent! Shout out to Wyann and his team from Rin and Hakusan as well as the front desk colleagues. It was because of them that made our stay so pleasant and unforgettable. I WILL RETURN!!!
