Overview

AKA Wall Street is located in lower Manhattan in the Financial District. It’s right near an array of shopping, museums, restaurants and many tourist sites such as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Battery Park and the National September 11 Memorial. The hotel is good for a weekend getaway, or even a longer visit, as it was created with a sense of hospitality and space in mind.

The hotel offers fully-furnished suites with custom designed kitchens, complimentary wireless high-speed internet, a fitness center and great views. The rooms are comfortable, with king-sized beds, flat screen TVs and modern bathrooms. The staff is courteous and generous and offers 24-hour service.

Opening in 2017 is an exciting new restaurant from the Bromberg Brothers, Blue Ribbon Federal Grill, and there is a slew of family-friendly restaurants in the neighborhood. There is also an outdoor space including a terrace, a landscaped rooftop featuring spectacular city views and a private cinema on the rooftop.

Great hotel

5 of us (adults) stayed in a 2 bed suite for 6 nights. The suite comprised of 2 en-suite bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. There was a single fold up bed for the 5th person that we placed in one of the bedrooms. As we stayed 6 nights we had a maid service after 3 nights. From a decor and furniture perspective the hotel and suite itself were all of a high standard. We made use of the coffee/pastries/croissants available on the roof terrace each morning.
I arranged transfers via the hotel all of which went smoothly and check in/out were all quick and efficient. Suite was available a couple of hours early for us on the day we arrived.
A suggestion for the hotel is to provide some coat hooks in the rooms.
The area around the hotel is excellent with downtown tourist attractions all walkable and the nearest subway less than 5 mins walk away

Spacious hotel room

Stayed here for business and was lucky to have a 2 bedroom suite. Plenty spacious apartment-style hotel room with even a desk for my laptop. Hospitality was great, and it was convenient to have the connected restaurant/bar.
