Splendid lunch! Sophie was so attentive. Five stars all round! Brian is a brilliant manager. Thank you for your excellent service! We will most definitely be back. Next time we will try the Oak Room for dinner. Do yourself a favour and and treat someone you love to an outstanding meal. Pricey but so worth it.

Oak Room

Had the privilege of celebrating my birthday in the wonderful Oak Room yesterday and whilst we had dined there before, it was our first time back since the much deserved Michelin star had been awarded. The welcome at the main gate and front door was so warm and inviting, and we were ushered inside under umbrellas. The car was valet parked for us, so we really felt like royalty. :-). Inside we were shown to our table in the beautiful terrace. We both opted for the tasting Market Menu and the quality and presentation of food is such a credit to the chefs and kitchen staff. Each of the seven courses was so well explained by Konrad and Lea. I opted for the Beyond Sommelier wine pairing where each course is matched to a particular wine. Our wonderful sommelier Farrah explained where each wine came from and how it was made. All in all, the whole evening was truly memorable so thank you and continued success to the wonderful team at the Oak Room.
