We loved our stay here so much that we actually came back and stayed an extra night.
I had booked a suite with a Balcony and sea view. It was very well appointed with all modern facilities. The beds were very comfortable, the Air Conditioning was perfect and the cleaning staff did a great job. The suite came with a fully functioning kitchenette - stove, utensils, microwave, tea-maker, dishwasher, oven, etc. All equipment is very modern. We used the microwave and tea maker every day. There is a TV - we never used it.
The staff provides water bottles and 1 jug of water every day - and we asked for more bottles on a couple of occasions and there was no problem.
The WiFi is free and fast. The Breakfast has about 4 varieties of eggs in various forms - omelet ( they bring to your table ), eggs, kofte, olives, breads, etc. The Coffee and Tea are good. Essentially, the ladies that work the kitchen do an amazing job.
The area is very safe & quiet with cobbled streets. Our teenage son walked the area around a bit by himself and so did my wife. The Hotel is about 5 minute walk from the main square that has the Hippodrome, Theodus' Obelisk, Hagia Sofia, and the Blue Mosque. The Basilica Cistern and the TopKapi Palace are a further 5-7 minutes away by walk. The SultanAhmet Tram station is right by the Hippodrome.
The folks we encountered at the front desk - Halil, Fatih and Saif - hardworking young men. Halil especially helped us a lot.

Its kind of small and boutique hotel, but it give you a lot opportunity. Rooms are wide and have jakuzi & big screen TV, breakfast fresh and girls making omlet for you in a second, hotel was clean, upper floor rooms has amazing view. Location is wonderful central, its just 3-5 mins by walk bluemosque, sophia and chinese restaurants. Hotel owner Mr Dogan was very polite and giving you all need information about hotel and area. I reccomend this lovely place to everyone.
