Overview

The four star Acrogiali Hotel is located at Platis Gialos, a beach with a family atmosphere. The balconies are directly above the beach or there are rooms with garden views available. There is a range of sizes of rooms to choose from — double, triple, quadruple and deluxe family rooms. Rooms are simply, yet tastefully decorated and have rainfall showers.

Children are adored at Acrogiali, as they are at many establishments in Greece. A stay at the hotel includes free Wi-Fi, free transfers, free parking, breakfast, beach towels and access to the swimming pool of the hotel’s sister property, The George. Snacks can be ordered from the beach – there is a call button on the umbrellas!

Great experience with Thomas cook package holidays. Nice hotel with decent breakfast buffet on the beach front. The hotel had its own section of beach but difficult to get a place on the sun loungers as there was not enough for guests and some would come out early to occupy sun loungers prior to breakfast. Very clean and comfortable in apartments.

Relaxing stay, friendly staff, great location

We stayed in September. Our original flight had delays and the hotel was understanding and picked us up early in the morning. Free shuttle to airport/ferry is a great perk. We booked ocean view room and was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful first floor balcony. It had 2 sun loungers, so we didn’t have to fight to get a chair on the beach. A few cons - the room was a bit cramped and the WiFi was spotty. Also, there’s not enough sun beds for guests. I noticed this hotel is the only hotel to advertise chairs to rent for outside guests. I would recommend they raise price to $50-80, so fewer non hotel guests take up spaces. Our favorite restaurant in Mykonos was really close by- avli thoulough, give it a try.
