Boasting both Victorian and contemporary rooms, this B&B is near to MIT, Boston, and Tufts University. The rest of Boston is within walking distance through the nearby public transportation system. The B&B welcomes children six years and older for a small charge. There are six guestrooms, three Victorian and three modern. Each of the rooms have a private bath, Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, and a double or queen bed. Up to one extra cot can be added to some of the rooms. As with all great B&Bs, this one also has a great continental breakfast included in the price of the room. Free parking is available at the hotel, which is a definite plus for the location.

This B&B is around the corner from my sons apartment in Cambridge so I’ve stayed here several times. It’s 1/2 mile from both the Davis and Porter T stops on the red line. Very convenient. The accommodations are nice and clean. I’ve only stayed in the main house, which is an old Victorian, so it’s truly old but kept up nicely. The breakfast is cereal and breads. This is a good value for Cambridge.

We stayed in the main house on the 1st floor in the back for 2 days. Quiet, comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. Gave us tips on restaurants in the north end of Boston. A short walk to the T & the Universities. Breakfast was a typical buffet but good and all that we needed. A nice stay at a good price.
