For more than 160 years, Zwettler’s has been serving Austrian specialties in Salzburg. Reopened in 2011, Zwettler’s features schnitzel and freshly crafted beer from Kaiser Karl. Every Friday, the restaurant creates specialties on a Lava Stone Grill; Saturdays are stuffed breast of veal and Sundays is roast pork.
