So we were out in Reno, Nevada on a short business trip... We are also diamond members with Wyndham rewards... So we booked a room on the Wydham app for a King bed... Check in was quick and easy even-though there was only 1 person at the time because others were on a break... I asked if it would be possible for us to possibly upgrade to a suite... We were told that she could NOT give a SUITE upgrade, but she could give us another upgrade... We were told that for a SUITE upgrade we would have to talk to the MANAGER Staci, but she was not there at the moment...
About 10 minute later I went back to the front desk and Staci happened to be there... So, I talked to Staci and informed her I was diamond member with Wyndham and asked if it would be possible to get a suite upgrade... She asked what room I was currently in and I told her... WITHOUT any hesitation or another word from Staci she handed me new key cards for a SUITE...
NOW, we were a little nervous about our truck since it is our company vehicle and we were from Houston, Texas... Staci informed us that there IS a FULL security staff (which I saw personally walking inside and outside) and TONS of camera's so our vehicle would be safe... BUT, she told us that IF it made us feel better that we could park our truck where their shuttle van parks right outside the front door... She did NOT have to offer that, she could have NOT said anything, but she did... Staci made us feel 100% like VIP's and that our livelihood (our truck) would be 100% safe and secure...
The suite was great, but could probably use some new carpets... The room was large,comfortable, and CLEAN... The bed was GREAT, comfy, and CLEAN... I have absolutely NO complaint about Staci, her staff, her hotel, or the casino (even won a little cash...lol)... I will DEFINATELY be staying there when I am back in Reno...
