Expect a hearty meal at Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que, located in Pigeon Forge (there’s also a location in Gatlinburg). Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, and a separate kids’ menu is available. Try the Carolina Pork Sandwich or the Bar-B-Que Beef Brisket.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
