Comfort Inn Staff Save the Day

The Comfort Inn staff made this place worth a five star review.

They are the prime example of hospitality. My family and I arrived late after a long day of driving. We were exhausted. When checking in we found out that an error was made when booking through a 3rd party company and there was an issue with the check-in date. We actually did not have a room for that night because of the error. Alma, I believe that was her name, did everything she could to ensure we had a room and even honored our original rate. She directed us to speak with a manager in the morning. After speaking with the manager, he understood our issue and refunded for the night charged when we were not there.
