The lap of luxury

by colliermannette

had the privilege of staying at the newly opened Hodge Premises, the luxury suites at the Anchor Inn Hotel, beautiful is an understatement the attention to detail in the decor is next to none I've every seen. The king bed with its many pillows was so comfortable, looking out my window was a waterfront view which was so pleasing.....so so clean, staff very friendly and always ready to help with all my needs....easy to see that the owners put their hearts and soles in this building.....i look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this hotel

Great view great stay

by Maebeee

We booked a room with two beds, room was clean. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and our room was maintained well during our stay. The ocean view is across a lawn, parking lot and road. Ignore that and the view is awesome! The only downfall for this room was the sink was not in the bathroom. A little odd but we made it work. They have a restaurant and a pub. The restaurant Georgie did not disappoint. I highly recommend their Penne seafood dish, Muscles, shrimp and scallops were to die for!!! We also got to try Touton..sooo good. We didnt visit the pub but you could tell it was a local favourite. When I return gain in a few years I will def be coming back to stay again.
