Overview

In Palma’s city centre, this affordable urban boutique hotel give families a budget friendly home in Majorca’s most populated town. Triple twin bed room and Terrace Suite can each easily accommodate a family of three, while the Family Suite includes four single beds. Don’t expect many of the activities, sports and amenities of a resort, but here at the UR, you won’t need a car to explore, have adventures and dine out in this marvelous portion of the island. The restaurant serves a filing breakfast buffet, lunch and a la carte dinner. At the hotel, you and your kids will have free Wi-Fi, the option to rent a bike or car, and a staff fluent in English, French and German.

Amazing!

Do not be put off by the graffiti alleyway up to this hidden gem of a hotel. We stayed for our 25th Wedding anniversary and were blown away by this amazing place. We were warmly greeted by reception staff and offered a glass of cava while we checked in. Our room was beautifully furnished and equipped with lovely toiletries, fluffy robes and a special touch of macaroons, a letter of congratulations and a bottle of fizz. The bed was enormous and so comfortable we hated to leave it behind.
Breakfast was the best ive ever had with a huge choice from full english, smoked salmon bagels, pancakes, eggs benedict etc. All cooked to order and bought to our table in the pretty courtyard area.
The roof top pool is small but a little sun trap and we enjoyed drinks delivered to us there.
We had late evening drinks and cocktails in the courtyard as well and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. We had an early flight home so missed breakfast but they left us a box of pastries, sandwiches, yoghurts and fruit.
The hotel is situated right in the hub of the old town and near the station to get the train to Soller which is just beautiful.
All in all would thoroughly recommend and cant wait to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful break.

A welcome break from Airbnb

I'm a die-hard Airbnb-er, but on this trip decided to treat myself to a hotel experience. M House did not disappoint. First and foremost the service is amazing. It was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate. From sweet notes and tasty bites left in my room, to restaurant reservations and recommendations on where to go and how to get there they were exceptional. Ayad really went above and beyond and checked in on me periodically to see if I needed any assistance.
The rooms are a nice size, well appointed and super clean (cleaning staff were lovely as well). Breakfast was included and served in the lovely courtyard. A wide range of menu options. I sometimes sat there for 2 hours just planning my day and enjoying the ambiance. It is more than what I would pay for Airbnb but totally worth it! I would definitely stay here again.
