Unexpected Staff interaction

Staff during check in was missing, there as a sign stating that they were not there and will be “right back”

When I asked for complimentary water, the staff said “Sorry we don’t have any” But then proceeded to tell me to grab one myself

Impeccable Cleanliness, Friendliness, and Superior Comfort

The hotel staff was extrememy helful and friendly. The entire hotel was spotless. The room was extrememy quiet and ambient sound did not make its way into the room. Breakfast was very nice. I had a great stay there, and I'm extrememy picky.
