Rude GM and a stinky hotel

Arrived at hotel for check-in; waited for 10 minutes for desk person to acknowledge that I was standing in front of her. When she did, she talked on the phone another 5 minutes. That was her pleasant side - asked her two questions, NO to both before I even finished my sentence. As rude as she was, the foul stench in the lobby was worse. Never again...

I was in Frisco for a family event. This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and it all a good value.
Stay here, the location in Frisco is convenient and access is easy to all of North Dallas.
