A buddy and I visited Singapore for a few days and decided to stay at the Conrad. We had originally booked the Marina Bay Sands, but it was a few hundred dollars more and it was a low floor with no breakfast. I am a Hilton Diamond member, so I knew we would at least get full breakfast.
Upon check-in, I was notified that we were upgraded to the Executive level with access to the Executive Lounge. The room itself was very nice and what I would normally expect from a Conrad hotel. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure and scald you if you wanted to. We had some fruit, chocolates, and note from the hotel manager waiting for us as well.
We tried the Executive Lounge for breakfast the first day and while the service was excellent, we found the variety a little lacking. I should note there are two lounges. One on the 4th floor for families and next to the pool and workout room and an adult-only one on the 31st floor. We didn't go into the family one on the 4th floor. On the second day, we went to the restaurant on the 1st floor and found that amazing. There was so much variety and the service was great also.
The location is also excellent as there is a mall next door with plenty of food options and very close to the MRT. We were able to use this on and off without any issues. I would defintely recommend this hotel to others and we will definitely be back!
