Stayed 4 nights on business. The best feature is the restaurant/bar, which does both breakfast and dinner. Different dinner items were all good. Breakfast tip: the buffet is quite pricey. If you order a la carte, you can get eggs, potatoes, toast and a beverage for about half what the buffet costs.
The room did not seem great value for money, but locals informed me that Levi's stadium nearly has caused hotel rates to shoot through the roof.

Stayed here this past weekend for a conference. While rooms were clean, food service was good, and conference facilities were adequate, customer service was nonexistent! Noisy first two nights, called front desk and they did nothing. We were told to come to front desk and we would be compensated the next day. When we did we were met with the supposed “manager” who at once went off on us and said we had an attitude problem. We asked to speak to her supervisor and met with him. He did not seem to know what to do, promised to get back to us and never did. Night security is a joke. If you do stay here, stay in main building. Outer buildings are too noisy. Good luck!
