Breakfast is included and the rooms are spacious and let in lots of natural light at this modern hotel near Taipei’s business and entertainment districts. Guests appreciate the complimentary afternoon tea, and you can easily visit several good night markets close to the hotel for inexpensive meals out.

Hotel is in Zhongshan district, 5 mins walk from subway station. Location wise it is in the middle of the city and there are tons of restaurants in the area.
Hotel is a business hotel with limited facilities, what it lacks it makes up with very good service. I was greeted with a glass of water when I checked in, only the second time I ever have it happened. The other time Renaissance in Bangkok when they first opened like 10 years ago. Staff were uber friendly and basically I was greeted everytime I came back.
I was upgraded to a corner room. Room is not huge but for Taipei standard it is not bad (and toilet and shower is surprisingly big). With windows on all sides the room was very airy and bright, which is very nice. Room is very clean, sleep quality is fair as we were on 3/F and traffic can get kinda noisy at times.
Breakfast was average but I do not have much complain.
Staff is definitely a big highlight as everyone we met were professional with a friendly smile.
Price is not the cheapest but given the location, and the impeccable service, it is definitely something you should consider when you visit Taipei.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, pillows are nice, staff are friendly and really helpful. Breakfast is satisfying. Hotel is quiet. Clothes washing and drying facilities are available but we didn't get to use because it is always occupied. Location is convenient for us to get taxi.
